If expedited shipping is available for a product, the additional cost will be shown at checkout. Please note that personalized items and food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund according to the supplier’s policy.

Before any return is sent back, written approval from our customer care team is required. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. If a return is approved, we will inform you of the return address, required steps, and whether return shipping costs are covered by the supplier or the customer based on the supplier’s policy. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
