Rosenwood grants you a limited, non-transferable right to browse and shop on our platform. All content—including images, texts, logos, and layouts—is the exclusive property of Rosenwood or its partner brands. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Rosenwood collaborates with exclusive makers, luxury ateliers, and international brands. Some items are produced or shipped directly from our partners. Product availability may sometimes fluctuate; availability therefore may not be guaranteed until an order is officially confirmed. Colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to craftsmanship or screen settings. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, pricing, and imagery, occasional errors may occur. Rosenwood reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted, and to cancel any affected orders. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, cancellation eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy. Personalized items, food and gourmet products, custom creations, made-to-order pieces, and bespoke items are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins. Rosenwood reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or non-compliance with these terms. Clients will be notified promptly should any adjustments be required.

PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices on Rosenwood are displayed in USD, which is our primary currency. Clients may choose to view prices in CAD for convenience and for deliveries to Canada. International orders may be subject to duties, customs fees, and import taxes, which are determined by the destination country’s authorities and remain the responsibility of the client unless stated otherwise at checkout.

PAYMENT TERMS

Rosenwood accepts major credit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments must be authorized at the time of purchase. For security purposes, orders may be subject to verification, and Rosenwood reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or that raise concerns of fraudulent activity.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Rosenwood works with trusted couriers and the logistics teams of our partner brands. Shipping timelines vary depending on the product, brand, and destination. Once dispatched, clients will receive tracking details when available. Risk of loss transfers to the client once the order is handed to the carrier. Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels depending on their origin.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Rosenwood follows the return policies established by each individual partner brand. In general, personalized items, gourmet products, made-to-order pieces, and custom or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a brand accepts returns, the same conditions will apply to Rosenwood clients. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories, within the timeframe set by the brand. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, clients must notify us within 48 hours and provide photos. We will coordinate directly with the supplier to arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Products purchased through Rosenwood are intended for personal use or gifting. Unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution is prohibited unless expressly approved by Rosenwood.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All imagery, text, designs, videos, and brand representations displayed on Rosenwood are protected under intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rosenwood cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, natural variations in artisanal products, damages resulting from misuse, or any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability will not exceed the value of the purchased product.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Quebec) and the laws of the United States (State of New York), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The applicable jurisdiction may vary depending on the client’s country of purchase or the operational entity fulfilling the order.
