Rosenwood Collection reserves the right to adjust shipping charges based on merchandise, destination, or special delivery requests. Please note that Rosenwood Collection partners with trusted suppliers and authorized brand warehouses located in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Depending on the brand and product type, your order may ship directly from one of these fulfillment locations. Standard delivery for U.S. orders typically ranges between 5–10 business days, depending on the item and its origin. Most carriers provide estimated transit times (for example, 3–5 business days for standard delivery); however, these estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of Rosenwood’s control. Any applicable duties or taxes will be calculated at checkout or clearly indicated prior to completing your order.Rosenwood offers free shipping on many products, depending on the brand, item type, and fulfillment location. When an item qualifies for free shipping, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. For items that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the brand’s fulfillment warehouse. We currently ship to: United States (all states and territories where courier service is available) Canada (select products; availability is shown on the product page) If a product cannot be shipped to Canada due to brand restrictions, size, or weight limitations, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Most items include standard delivery, and certain brands may offer upgraded delivery services such as in-home placement or assembly, depending on the supplier and product type. Availability of enhanced delivery services varies by brand and item. When applicable, the details will be clearly indicated at checkout or confirmed by our customer care team before the order is processed. We kindly ask customers to inspect all items upon delivery and notify us promptly if any issues are found.Transit time (Delivery Time)
Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and the carrier’s service level. In some cases, delivery may take 4–7 business days based on customer location. Please note that all transit times are estimates provided by the courier. Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier processing times, customs inspections, weather conditions, or operational backlogs. These delays are outside of Rosenwood’s control. Customers will always receive tracking information as soon as their order ships and may follow the shipment directly through the courier’s website.Order Tracking

Some custom or made-to-order items require a longer production period before they are ready to ship. These products may take up to 18 weeks to be completed, depending on the brand’s schedule and availability. This production timeframe refers to the processing time before shipping. Shipping times are separate and will depend on the delivery method selected at checkout. Once the custom item is ready, it will be shipped according to the chosen shipping option. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as the order is dispatched. All applicable production and shipping timelines are clearly stated on the product page and at checkout to ensure full transparency.Pre-Order & Future Availability Items
Some items on our website may display a future availability date (for example, “Available December 27”). These products are temporarily out of stock and will ship once they become available from the brand. The availability date is provided directly by the supplier and is clearly shown on the product page prior to purchase. Orders containing items with a future availability date will be fulfilled once the product has arrived in stock. Shipping timelines begin only after the item becomes available and is dispatched. Customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as the order ships. If the brand updates the availability date, our Client Services team will notify you promptly.Weekend, Express & Perishable Item Deliveries
If a client chooses weekend delivery, overnight service, or any other expedited shipping option, additional carrier fees may apply. These optional surcharges are calculated directly by the courier and will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed. For perishable items—including caviar and select gourmet food products—orders are typically shipped using next-day delivery services to ensure freshness and proper handling. When applicable, the required service level and associated fees will be indicated at checkout so clients can review all details before placing their order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by external conditions. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. Rosenwood Collection is not responsible for delivery issues or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or improperly formatted addresses provided at checkout. Returned Packages If a package is returned to us or to the originating supplier due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply based on the carrier’s fees and the destination.INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & FREIGHT FORWARDING
At this time, Rosenwood ships only within the United States, Canada, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions.
In Case of Damage or Defects
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible. Providing clear photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery helps us resolve the issue quickly with the supplier. When applicable, Rosenwood will arrange a replacement or coordinate the appropriate solution at no cost to you. In case of missing items, please reach out to us immediately, and we will investigate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, cancellation eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy. Personalized items, food and gourmet products, custom creations, made-to-order pieces, and bespoke items are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins. Rosenwood reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or non-compliance with these terms. Clients will be notified promptly should any adjustments be required.DELIVERY SURCHARGES
Oversized, extremely heavy, or fragile items may require additional handling, resulting in a delivery surcharge. Any applicable surcharges will be clearly displayed with the product price and reflected in your cart at checkout.SHIPPING TO CANADA
Rosenwood ships a wide selection of products to Canada. Once you enter your Canadian postal code, eligible items will automatically display pricing in Canadian dollars (C$). Please note that some products may not be available for delivery to Canada due to supplier restrictions, oversized dimensions, or heavy weight. When this applies, the item will be clearly marked as unavailable for Canadian delivery, and checkout will not be possible for that product.
