Shipping charges cover order processing, careful item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Please note that oversized, heavy, or special-order items may incur additional shipping fees. Deliveries outside the continental United States may experience extended shipping times.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Standard shipping is complimentary on orders of $300 or more (before taxes and shipping).• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (ET) on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).
• Same Day delivery is available Monday through Friday for select ZIP codes and eligible in-stock items. A signature and contact number are required.
• Shipping services are available on weekdays only; holidays are excluded.
Rosenwood Collection reserves the right to adjust shipping charges based on merchandise, destination, or special delivery requests.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
At Rosenwood, we take pride in offering a premium delivery experience. Most furniture pieces and select non-furniture items that qualify for our Unlimited Furniture Delivery service include white glove delivery directly into your home. Our professional team will carefully unpack, inspect, assemble, and place each item in the room of your choice. Please note: assembly and unpacking services do not apply to lighting and certain specialty items. All packaging materials will be removed for your convenience. We kindly ask that you inspect your items thoroughly before our delivery team departs.ITEMS REQUIRING EXPERT ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
For lighting fixtures, heavy mirrors, wall décor, bath vanities, and bath hardware, our team will deliver the items inside your home but will not unpack, remove packaging, assemble, or install them. Professional assembly and installation are required. Please refer to individual product details for more information.IMPORTAN DELIVERY GUIDELINES
• Our delivery professionals are unable to move or rearrange your existing furniture, nor are they permitted to handle any electrical wiring or equipment. Please ensure the area where your new furniture or rug will be placed is cleared prior to delivery.• An authorized adult (18 years or older) must be present during the scheduled delivery window to inspect and sign for the items.
In Case of Damage or Defects
If you notice any defects or damages at the time of delivery, Rosenwood will arrange a replacement or schedule a furniture repair technician at no cost to you. Please contact our team for assistance.DELIVERY SURCHARGES

GIFT CARDS
Rosenwood Gift Cards are shipped free of charge via U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail. For Gift Cards valued over $1,000, delivery is handled securely via UPS.
Expedited shipping within the U.S. (2–3 business days) is available for an additional $10 by contacting our team.
Gift Cards under C$150, ordered within Canada, are delivered through postal services by our trusted third-party partner.
Please note: Gift Cards cannot be sent to APO/FPO/DPO/PO boxes. A valid street address is required.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & FREIGHT FORWARDING
Currently, Rosenwood ships only within the United States, Canada, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship to U.S. territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
For our international clients, we are happy to deliver to a U.S. or Canadian freight forwarding address of your choice.
