Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and the supplier’s warehouse location. If expedited shipping is available for a product, the additional cost will be shown at checkout.
Please note that personalized items and food products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund according to the supplier’s policy.
Return eligibility and conditions depend on the specific brand or supplier. Some items may be eligible for return, while others may not. Before any return is sent back, written approval from our customer care team is required. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will inform you of the return address, required steps, and whether return shipping costs are covered by the supplier or the customer based on the supplier’s policy.
